When will my cookies be shipped?
Australia Wide Posted: Cookies are baked fresh and shipped on Tuesdays. We do one shipping day to allow for postage time. This ensures your cookies arrive within the week still fresh and not sitting in the mail over the weekend.
Posted Cookie Orders must be in by Monday 3PM each week.
Mandurah Local Delivery:
For Mandurah locals we bake and deliver every Friday afternoon. Cookies are baked fresh that morning and delivered Friday afternoon between 1-5pm. Please be advised, Cookies are left in a safe place and you will receive an email to say they have been delivered.
Mandurah Local delivery Orders must be in by Thursday 3PM each week.
When is the cut off for shipping?
Aus Wide Shipped Cookies: We bake and post every Tuesday. All orders must be placed before Monday 3PM.
Mandurah Local Delivery: All orders must be placed before Thursday 3pm. Cookies are baked and delivered on Friday.
Any orders placed after this will be shipped the following week.
When will I get my order?
All orders are sent Express Post every Tuesday.
We bake on shipping day so your cookies are always fresh.
Tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Express post from Perth WA takes around 1-2 days depending on your postal address.
How long do the cookies last?
Our cookies are baked and posted on the same day to ensure they arrive fresh.
We use real ingredients without preservatives. Because of this, we recommend your cookies be consumed within 7 days of receiving for best quality but they can be consumed up to 14 days.
We recommend you microwave your cookies for 10-20 seconds to refresh or soften if you prefer a softer cookie.
